Privacy Policy

This explains what information this website collects when you ask us to check a company, what we do with it and who else handles it. It describes how the site works today.

What you send us

When you use the request form on the Contact page, we receive:

• your name and email address
• the website or company name you want checked
• what you're considering (for example an investment platform, exchange, broker or recovery company)
• the platform used to make contact and who made the first contact
• any additional notes you choose to add

The notes are optional. Please don't put passwords, recovery phrases or card numbers in the form. We will never need them.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your enquiry, send you next steps and payment details by email, and carry out and deliver your check. We don't use them for advertising and we don't sell them.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare Turnstile. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that tells people from automated bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and Cloudflare receives technical information needed to run the check; our server then asks Cloudflare to confirm the check was passed before your enquiry is accepted.
• EmailJS. When you press Send Enquiry, the form data goes from your browser to our server on Cloudflare, which passes the fields listed above to EmailJS, an email-sending service. EmailJS sends them to us by email using a template we have set up. EmailJS therefore processes what you type in the form.
• Cloudflare. The website and the server that receives the form are run on Cloudflare, which handles standard technical request data, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages and process your submission.
• Payment providers. This website does not take payments or collect payment details. If you go ahead with a check, payment is arranged by email and made through bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, which handle those details under their own policies.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from the site itself rather than from a third-party font service.

Your choices

You can decide what to share with us; the only fields needed to make a request are the ones marked as required in the form. If you would like to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, contact us using the request form, say it is a privacy request, and we will deal with it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site changes. The current version is always on this page.
